1)Access the link http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS1
2)login as Scheduler
3)click on setup
4)Click on assign Department
5)assign a department to the entity using left click it turns to yellow colour
6)now right click on same cell department contact person page will open
7)where select the contact persons to the department select the user and close window
8)the entity and department mapping will turn to blue colour which means contact person is assigned
9)now click on the same cell shows dependency exists
10)right click on the cell and remove the user and close window
11)After removing the user also when clicked on department still it will be blue colour and still shows dependency exists
12) when page skipped and come back to the same page it will turn to yellow colour which can be unselected
