1.Login to ewqims http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS1
2.Go to Aqua pro module
3.Select aqua pro → Main
4.Select production item
eg:aircraft seating system
5.Select process fmea
6.Click on right click and open
7.Right click on potential failure mode
8.Click on intiate a concern
9.Observe result
10.Refer screenshot
