Plant Configuration - While creating new Equipment category, select activity button is not working. After savig the Category name, it opens the activity pop up window

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Plant configuration menu
3. Click on New button
4. Click on Select Activity button
5. Observe the behavior
