Competency evaluation - when click the update competency without select any row,the alert throws correctly and after that page gets refresh and opens as new page. Again we need to select the users

1.Go to competency evaluation and select users
2.After that click update competency button

Description

Competency evaluation - when click the update competency without select any row,the alert throws correctly and after that page gets refresh and opens as new page. Again we need to select the users

It should not refresh the page and open as new
