Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Breakdown Work order(Equipment and Die)
3. Click on Activity add button
4. Select the option as "Yes"
5. Try to select as PM Type
6. Observe the behavior
