Cascade DB->External lab calibration->If study is in pending close out status then the screen should not be display new button. But now new button is displaying

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as a module admin & select the module as MSA pro
2.Click on External lab calibration menu
3.Click on New button
4.Enter all mandatory field
7.Click on save button
8.Observe the screen

data issue we cant able to do it .we need fixed at customer end
