Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Spare part purchase order
3. Select the PO date, trade and status dropdown field
4. Observe the error
5. Place the cursor in spare part details
6. Click the cursor somewhere else
7. Observe the behavior

Description

Issue 1: Spare part purchase order --> PO date, Trade, item description and status search option is not working as expected, When entering the data for PO date and trade, it shows "Error message"

Issue 2: Spare part purchase order --> The action item icon is not disappearing automatically, when clicking somewhere else
