Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Spare part purchase order menu
3. Select the PR which is having multiple spare part request
4. Click on Cancel PO
5. Click on Ok button in alert message
6. Observe the behavior
7. Click on Delete button in action
8. Observe the behavior
9. Click on Trigger interval sorting
10. Observe the behavior
