1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuAPro -> Main2
3.Expand Global -> Select a PI
4.Click on AIAG-VDA PFMEA/DFMEA under the Process/Design Documents
5.Click Process VDA -> Click on Structure/Functional/Failure Analysis Menu
6.Try to Work on this Menu
7.Observe the Result
