Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Spare part Request menu
3. Click on New button
4. Select the trade
5. Click on add button and observe the status field
6. Observe the text button there is no image
7. Observe the alert

Description

Issue 1: Spare part Request --> There is no icon for the Add, Delete and spare part request button

Issue 2: Spare part Request --> Add pop up window while selecting the spare part, status not needed in pop up window.

Issue 3: Alert --> Saved and deleted successfully showing in blue and already exist is showing in also blue color code
