Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Spare part request
3. Set the date format as DD-MM
4. Click on New button
5. Pick the selected expected delivery date
6. Observe the format

Description

Issue 1: Date Format --> Spare part request- When the date format is DD/MM and MM/DD, the selected Expected Delivery Date is showing as "YYYY-MM-DD"

Issue 2: Unable to create a Spare part request in DD/MM/YYYY format
