Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as module admin
2.Expand administrator tab
3.Click on LPA Schedule link
4.Select the layer from the list
5.Select the Time period as "Month"
6.Selec the month from list
7.Now the Starts from field display the week based on month selection
8.Uncheck the selected month from list
