CN Form: Current revision number is showing rev number as 1 even after the document is revised to 2. Also showing error when clicking on the current revision after revising. Before revising the document shows another error

Steps To Reproduce:

1.After ECR publish, current revision shows 0 and when click on it shows error(error1)

2.AFter notify ecn ,login as responsible person

3.Click on change request actions

4.Attach document

5.Check the current revision number it shows 1 and click on it shows Error(Error2)
