Steps To Reproduce:

"1.Login TO FST as Admin
2.Select a PI
3. Select the VOC under requirement Flowdown
4.Add rows
5.Right Click and Enable Review
6.Select Review Route as Module Autoapproval
7.Save and Check the draft status in VOC
