1.Login TO FST as Admin
2.Select a PI
3. Select the VOC under requirement Flowdown
4.Add rows
5. Clcik on the draft Icon
6.Review Popup is opening

Partially Fixed- On clicking immediately after creating requirement the review icon is clickable. After refreshing VOC page the icon is not clickable
