Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuAPro -> Main2

3.Expand Global -> Select a PI

4.Click on AIAG-VDA PFMEA/DFMEA under the Process/Design Documents

5.Right-Click on Selected PI -> Rename Production Item

6.Mouse-Hover on the Update and Update&Close Button

7.Observe the Result
