Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuAPro -> Main2

3.Click on Global

4.Click on AIAG-VDA PFMEA/DFMEA under the Process/Design Documents

5.Right-Click on Global PI -> Create Production Item

6.View the Close Icon at Top Right-Corner

7.Observe the Result
