Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to IC
3.Click on main
4.Select the PI and publish the control plan
5.Click on inspection template
6.Create a new
7.Select PI and click on operations dropdown
8.Operations are displayed
9.Save the Inspection template
10.Click on main
11.Select the same PI and publish the control plan for revision
12.Check the operations in Inspection template,inspection entry,Department worksheet
