1.Login as module admin
2.Expand Module Setup menu
3.Click on Equipment link
4.Right click on any equipment
5.Click on create /assign checklist link
6.Click on Layer Selection list and pick the layer
7.Click on New button
8.Create new checklist
9.Select the newly added checklist by clicking on respective checkbox
10.Click on Delete button
11.Click on Yes button in delete confirmation message
