Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as auditor
2) Click on Perform audit
3) Click on upload audit record
4) Fill the Checklist
5) Click on Submit to auditee
6) observe

Description

Audit is Submitted to auditee directly but system displays as Audit report awaiting for approval

I tried this for 2 LPA audits and system is behaving in the same way

login details : a2 a2

Common thing for both is in Upload NC/OFI Screen i click on Check all users for One NC and Changed responsible person and Saved the NC and then Submitted to Auditee
