Problem on Adding New Checklist in Equipment->Create/Assign Checklist page

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as module admin
2.Expand Module Setup menu
3.Click on Equipment link
4.Right click on any equipment
5.Click on create /assign checklist link
6.Click on Layer Selection list and select the layer
7.Click on New button
8.Enter the duplicate Checklist name
9.This time system will prompt the alert message
10.Click on new button again
12.This time system allowing to add new row

Description

The system should not allow to create new row for adding checklist, if any one row is waiting in the queue

The Expectation of QA is not Clear.

We need clarity while reporting the issue and expecting the following points :

1)Need Screenshots as mandatory
2)Comparewith Current result and Expected result while proposing any changes
3)Need Consistency in bug reporting
4)Required new category as suggestion, if it is new (Now QA is considering suggestion as bug)

This will help to save the Dev team analysing time.

in existing checkpoint delete the checkpoint for the checklist again click on same machine -->assign checklist-->click on + icon to add one more checkpoint which already deleted system will not allow to create a check point with same deleted name again.
