Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as module admin
2.Expand Module Setup menu
3.Click on Equipment link
4.Right click on any equipment
5.Click on create /assign checklist link
6.Click on Layer Selection list
7.Add new checklist and checkpoints
8.Retrive the same page and same layer again
