1) Login as admin
2) Click on Escaltion settings
3) Click on assign routes
4) Create a new escaltion
5) Click on Task owner
6) Click on reminder creation icon
7) Perform actions in description

Description
1) System displays Validation when click on delete button without selecting any record
2) When click on Copy button system displays only 1 copy button

1. Delete button u have clicked is to delete the entire reminder, not to delete particular row so, this is WAD
2. copy functionality is to copy the same frequency settings to another reminder. click copy-->enter the remainder name --> save .it will create a new remainder
