1.Login as module admin
2.Expand Module Setup menu
3.Click on Equipment link
4.Right click on any equipment
5.Click on create /assign checklist link
6.Click on Layer Selection list

Description

Layer field should display the text like "No data found" when click on layer list but without creating any layers.
