Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as module admin
2.Expand Module Setup menu
3.Click on Equipment link
4.Right click on any equipment
5.Click on create /assign checklist link
6.Click on New button without selecting layer
7.Create new checklist
8.Click on new button again
9.Select all the row by clicking on respective checkbox
10.Click on Delete button

Description
The user could not delete the created checklist and blank checklist row. The error message displayed as "Unable to delete" when click on delete button after selecting the created checklist row and with blank row
