Unable to add data for the second row while adding multiple rows in the VOC(Refer description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD Module administrator

2.Click on Main from Actions menu and Select any PI

3.Select Voice Of the customer and click on add
button for two times

4.Observe if the page gets refreshed

5.Right click or double click and add description, Function and Requirement in second row

6.Click on Refresh and observe the result

Description

I have added two rows at a time. then added Description and function for the first row. Meanwhile Page is refreshed automatically.

So i have right clicked on second row and selected Add Function Branch option

Then added Function and Requirement. now added data for second row is not displayed properly. Also unable to add data for Description
