Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Equipment and Utility Equipment from Equipment screen
3. Click on Activity tab
4. Select CBM Activity and select the element from Edit pop up window
5. Click on Save
6. Observe the behavior
