Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to IC
2.Select any preferred date format
3.Open receiving/In-process Inspection sheet
4.Give one out of spec value and save it
5.View that reaction plan is getting created
6.Observe that whatever be the preferred date format,Inspected date is showing in MM/DD/YYYY format only by-default
7.After updating its showing the actual date ( But time is stamped as 00:00:00 ,can remove it if possible)
