Suite Levels: No need of Edit and delete icon for Levels placeholder. Better to remove more options since there are only 3 options. There is one bubble displayed when hovering on the levels(bubble issue in all levels tree)

1.Click on levels menu

2.Hover on levels place holder

3.Shows all 3 option in bold view

Show edit and delete in blurred view or dont show edit and delete

3.Hover on any other levels

4.Observe there is a bubble
