Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Production OEE
3. Click on New button
4. Select Multiple part for selected Equipment
5. Book the losses for Part 1
6. Click on Part 2 tab
7. Enter the value in setup loss and click on tab button
8. Observe the behavior
