Unable to add BOM elements(Item Elements) since Item Element menu is not opening.Keeps on Loading (Refer description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD Module administrator

2.Click on Main from Actions menu and Select any PI

3.Select Item Elements menu and Observe the result

4.Select Block Diagram from item Definitions menu

5.Click on Add/Remove Elements button

6.Right click on Item and Select Create Production Item and Observe the result

Description

Cannot add BOM elements because we can't even add Items by Add/Remove element buttons in Block Diagram and Item Boundaries etc.
