Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to IC
2.Open any Inspection sheet
3.Perform Inspection entry
4.Accept/Reject the lot
5.Right click and click on Submit button
6.View that sheet is submitted and gets refreshed
7.Click on Submit again
8.Observe that there is no response
