1.Part Equip mapping (Allowing to delete)
2.Operator (Allowing to Delete)
3.Schedule status : Pending
Operation1 (Allowing to Delete)
Operation2 (Allowing to Delete)
Operation3 (Allowing to Delete)

Expected Result :
a.If operator is mapped then should not allow to delete from Part Equip mapping
b.If Schedule is created then should not allow to delete from Part Equip mapping and Operator
