In module setup checklist creation not working it keeps spinning so that not able to create online form

1)Access the link http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS1
2)login to the module
3)click on module setup
4)Click on checklist
5)Observe the screen

Description

While creating checklist in module setup "Compliance" is missing and it keeps Spinning so that not able to create checklist it is kind of showstopper not able to continue with online form but still able to continue with Template and Reference Document
