Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment menu
3. Create a New Equipment
4. Click on Activity tab
5. Select the activity and click on done button observe the behavior
6. click on Autonomous tab
7. Select the activity and click on done button
8. Observe the behavior
9. Click on Activity tab again
10. Select the activity and observe the behavior(All we have to select the activity in activity tab)

Description

Issue 1: Equipment --> Autonomous --> When selecting the activity and clicking on done button, the activity pop up window is not closing automatically.

Issue 2: Equipment --> CBM Activity --> Selected parameter is not showing in the grid. Once the page was refreshed it is working as expected
