Test Plan - Edit/ Delete/ Update layout options are not changed in Test Details window (refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST Module administrator

2.Click on Main from Actions menu and Select any PI

3.Select test Plan icon on the header

4.observe the Layout option and other icons

5.Click on the Delete option and click cancel

6.Observe the alert

Also After cancelling the Delete option, it shows wrong alert message
