1.Login as admin
2.Go to Proposal rating page under activities tab
3.Click on Add button

Description

The following design issues are there when adding new row in proposal rating page.
1.Proposal name is not fully visible to the user
2.Team Selection icon is not fully visible to the user
3.Unwanted horizontal scroll bar is displaying on bottom of the page. But some space is there in RHS of the page.
