its data issue ,there is no data for existing document in DPReqfilecontent table ,so its not an issue

issue is in database while restoring db instead of removing filedata from dpreqfilecontent table removed whole data from table .this won't happen in customer environment.

As per dev team, the pbm is with restoring db, we cant change anything now. As discussed with Biju, closing this issue
