Consistency Problem in "Add" button color in Meetings page

1.Login as admin
2.Go to meetings page
3.Expand Meeting Agenda, External Attendees, Action Plan, Meeting attachments tab

Description

"Add" button color should be change to Green for the following tabs
1.Meeting Agenda
2.External Attendees
3.Action Plan
4.Meeting attachments
Note: Add KPI and Add Dashboard button color is green but rest of the label color is blue. It should be same in this page
