Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as admin
2.Go to Benchmarking and click on add button
3.Select the expectation category and assign short and long term goals
4.Click on new button again and select some other expectation category
5.Enter the same short term and long term again
6.Click on save button

Description

Benchmarking->The system is not allowing to save unique goals for different expectation category. Alert message displayed as "Short term and long term goal already exists".
Expected output-> The system should allow to save and success message should be displayed as "Saved successfully"
