Description
In the DocPro Module the Published Documents from IC Module, the page is having cut lines in the below and not displaying the Documents fully
Files
- Assignee changed from Jacqueline Antonette to Mohan kumar
- Status changed from New to Open
- Status changed from Open to Resolved
- Status changed from Resolved to Not Resolved
- Status changed from Not Resolved to Resolved
- Status changed from Resolved to Not Resolved
- Assignee changed from Mohan kumar to Anonymous
As per HTML the page is displaying properly, but not in PDF
- Assignee changed from Anonymous to Mohan kumar
Docpro will show the document as its viewed in Firefox browser. So this issue is there in the HTML itself, when we view it in the firefox browser.
Got to know from Mohan that From the form service he can not support Firefox browser and Docpro can show the document properly (with the line at the bootom)only if the style is supported firefox browser.
So this can't be fixed for now.
- Status changed from Not Resolved to Resolved
- Status changed from Resolved to Known Issue
(Mohan said it can’t be corrected to support the Firefox in Form service, but docpro expects it in Firefox supported format as its using the Firefox engine for pdf conversion )
- Assignee changed from Mohan kumar to Anonymous
- Assignee changed from Anonymous to Mohan kumar
- Status changed from Known Issue to Resolved
- Project changed from EwQIMS SP700 to EwQIMS SP710
- Build Cycle changed from Cycle 1 to Cycle 0
- Issue Dependency set to 700
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
This Issue was closed in SP710.
