Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as admin
2.Go to alignment chart
3.Select expectation category
4.Click on edit button
5.Expand Result KPI or Process KPI Tab
6.Click on New KPI button
7.Right click on Process KPI-Chart to open improvement proposal popup

Description

New KPI selection popup & Improvement Proposal creation popup->Close button is not visible to the user for these popup windows. Close button is displaying after click on outside the popup window
