Receiving Inspection: Attached Documents was not listing in the Inspection Form

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Click on Actions Tab and Goto Inspection Template Menu
5.Click on New Button and Create a Template for the PI
6.Now Click on Attach Field in the Operation Field and Select the Option as "Attach from Local Machine" or "Attach from DocPro" & Browse the File and Click on Attach Button and then Save the Template
7.Again Goto Inspection Template Menu and Click to open the Created Template for the Mapped PI and View the Attached Files where Attcahed or Not
8.After that Goto Actions Tab and Click on Receiving Material Menu
9.Click the Add Button and Enter all the Mandatory Fields for the PI which we Created Template in Inspection Template Menu
10.Now Goto Actions Tab and Click on Receiving Inspection Menu
11.Select the Inspection Entry which we created and Entered all the Mandatory Fields
12.Now the Inspection Form will be opened and Now Select the "Select" Dropdown near the View Documents in above
13.Observe the Results

Observation: When we clicking on the "Select" Dropdown the attached files were not listing for both "Attach from Local Machine" and also "Attach from DocPro"

Description

The Attached Documents was not listing in the Inspection Form which we saved in the Inspection Template Menu for both "Attach from Local Machine" & "Attach from DocPro"
