LPA : When Parameterized score value is filled against the Checkpoints in Fill checklist page and Then If user changes the Answer fro Yes / No or NA the Assigned Parameterized score value is changing to zero

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as auditor
2) Click on perform audit
3) Click on Upload audit record
4) Select the checkpoint answer and select the parameterized score
5) now change the answer of the Checkpoint and observe the Score value of the Parameterized score

When Parameterized score value is filled against the Checkpoints in Fill checklist page and Then If user changes the Answer fro Yes / No or NA the Assigned Parameterized score value is changing to zero

This is effecting when any thing is changed in fill checklist page
