1. Login to APQP
2. Select a project
3. Click on Risk button
4. Enter data,action plan details
5. Click on View action lpan link

Description

Risk Creation issues
1.The values selected from the drop down is not saving, also dropdown not closing after selecting value
2.On clicking view action plan entered details are not showing. Getting blank fields.
