Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Click on PDF Templates
3.Select the existing template and edit it
4.Click save
5.Error occurs, Click ok to the error message
6.Click add button
7.Create a new template
8.Click save button
9.Error occurs
