Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login ewqims
http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS1
2.Go to problem solver module
3.Actions→Intial evaluation completed
4.Click on track project and sign off button
5.Click on concern and change status as closed
6.submit the concern
7.Observe result
8.Refer screenshot

Description

In intial evaluation-completed , after changing status as closed and click on sumbit shows as could not processed and showing verification field is required but details aleady exist
