1)Login as Project manager
2)Click on New button
3)Select the pillar
4)Attach document in the project estimation section
5)Save the charter
6)Observe the charter

Description

1)Documents attached in charter page for Project estimation gets disappeared after submiting the charter
2)Draft attachment in the deliverable info - Not working
3)Config draft submitted for review - but not listed in requestor action as well as reviewer action . Again opening the config page showing the submit for review.
