1) Login as admin
2) Click on Customer/manufacturer vendor/registrar
3) Fill all the Fields
4) Click on Contact person icon
5) Fill all the Fields
6) Click on save and Observe

Not replicated when i saving all the fields as well as tried saving mandatory fields....and on seeing your screen shot itself shows "email already exist" alert...and alert is showing on behind the popup is already reported as another issue..
please validate
