openChange Mgmt: Add document: Select level popup: By default it showing few folders in an expanded view. Also cant add document from that folder

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Click on Add document in the change request form
2.By default few folders are in expanded view
3.Select the document from the expanded folder
4.Click on tick icon in the RHS
5.The document is not added in the form
